Completed in 2009, this multi-tenant commercial shopping center with 12′-0″ high storefront display windows utilizes varying eaves and parapet heights with intermittent barrel tiled roofs in a Mediterranean theme which draws visual interest and curb-appeal from the fast-paced Summerlin Road. Incorporating classic proportioned columns supporting decorative trellises and metal grilles cast shadows while providing shade and shelter from the Southwest Florida Sun. This commercial center effectively re-defines the traditional suburban shopping center while inviting pedestrians to casually stroll along and experience the collective ambiance of the center.
